Capes are optional purchase items for officers only. The female blue cape is Army blue 450 wool gabardine, fully lined with white rayon satin, approximately knee-length. The male blue cape is Army blue 450 with a black satin lining. Capes may be worn with the ASU dress variation and mess/evening mess uniforms.
